Today something made me very happy...something very simple..but profound.
a little hyacinth plant I have bloomed today in the middle of January. Spring is my favorite season. The hope and rebirth of the world. I walked downstairs while the boys were taking a nap went over to my pink hyacinth and smelled it. It smelled like my house in Utah. My mom knows that I love them and she used to plant them outside my window growing up and every spring I'd wake up to there smell. Its a fresh sweet fragrant bliss for your nose. And today as I smelled my little plant and enjoyed the rays of sun coming in through my windows I was filled with joy. I love flowers so much.
Yep, mine just bloomed too! yes you deserve some spoiling after a month of sickness. Hope things are going better.
