Busy Fun Week

Well Brandons home for the week! YAY I love when hes home to help but more importantly im just very in love with my husband and we love to be together. So instead of going somewhere on vacation we decided to make a vacation in Calgary. We both are exhausted and just wanted to be together. So weve been busy this past week and done some cool things. We went to Heritage park on monday its like a history of western canada and they have old shops and displays a train a ferry that goes over the glenmore reservoire rides old fashioned ice cream old hotel church ect ect- we took the boys on the train and just loved being outside. one funny thing brandon said was when we went into the blacksmith shop and they said every part was made to interlock with dowels and out of nowhere brandon says hey its just like ikea! everyone died laughing-and the guy responded yeah but then wed have 10 pieces of wood and were not sure were they were supposed to go- i dont know how he thinks that fast but i love it! it was hilarious.the next day was the zoo- our zoo has a new baby giraffe gorilla and elephant and we got to see all of them! They were very cute- i went with mom and tots group for midnapore while brandon had some alone time the first that hes gotten in a while- as we went through the zoo people saw that i had twins and basically i got stopped every couple minutes and had to talk to people about them- which i dont mind i love people and new friends but sometimes you just wanna hang out with your friends :) anyways my friends see me and i go up and say to them why dont they just put us behind the glass! have a little sign harrison and greyson johnson and mother born april 1st fraternal twins native to western canada andnorth america roughly 12 pounds strict diet of milk and enjoy being held-anyways it made me laugh-that night i went to my scrapbooking class- im learning how to make digital books and pages-and taking master classes on how to do really cool stuff- its very exciting! I had a lot of fun- i love to learn new things. Then this morning was brandons and my date day!! OH MY GOSH IT WAS SO NICE TO BE ALONE! I'm not saying i dont adore my boys but this is the first time weve gotten out together for more than 2 hours in 4 months- and it was like heaven. It felt a little weird like 20 pounds lighter not having to haul around everything two boys a double stroller their bag ect. It was so quiet in the car and we just laughed and talked and helped me fall even more in love with my amazing husband. Aww were just perfect together. And the longer were married the funner it gets the more we find out about each other. We went and saw batman- sooo good it scared me to death- but i loved hs motorcycle thingie- very cool- we ate on the top of a patio restaurant and enjoyed the sun then went to a side of town wed never been to before and walked around- it was just a fun little adventure of being together. I love doing it with Brandon he always had these witty comments and makes me laugh so hard i want to pee my pants. hes amazing I have the best man in the world. I started missing my boys when id see baby clothes or other moms with kids-and by the end i was ready to be a mom again-refreshed and replenished with a good dose of love. Thanks Brooke and debbie for watching them I love you! as for the rest of the week- getting social insurance numbers exploring kensington-global fest and a picnic- i feel so good this week doing more things -exploring your own city just makes life so exciting and fun
