{Carved fruit}

This is something I've been really interested in lately. I've watched it on the food network a couple times- and I used to make watermelon baskets with my mom all the time growing up but these are so intricate and just beautiful pieces of art. There are a couple of sites on the web that have tutorials I've been watching the past couple days fun eh!
