tutorial on macarons

I don't know about you but I think macarons are delicious.. they were my fav desert in paris. Especially the pistachio...mmmmm. Ive looked everywhere for a good tutorial ..where you dont have to have a scale..and where they get really shiny..and have the foot.. that she talks about in  this fab tutorial. Anyways I'm planing on making these for cocos birthday...and I think Brandon will be thrilled.. He misses french bakeries twice as much as I do. Anyways I saw this one and it looked awesome so I thought Id share. I'll post mine when they are done..hopefully they turn out this pretty.
also Brandon told me you dont call them macaroons.. its mac a ron.
